The event will shine a light on the stars of dementia care, celebrating the outstanding workforce and providers who, through their dedication and commitment, go above and beyond to support people living with dementia to feel valued, understood and able to live full and meaningful lives.
Supported by Care England this new and exciting awards event will be hosted by a Celebrity
